The base features a wide-span support foot, enhancing stability through meticulous computer finite element analysis. Employing a large-span design, the guideway enhances the work surface’s resistance to overturning. The column is crafted with an Inverse-Y design, significantly boosting span and thereby increasing the machine’s anti-torsion and anti-overturning capabilities by over 30%. Notably, the Y axis is equipped with four guideways in many instances.
